The Samsung J700 offers a sleek and stylish sliding mechanism that could easily be mistaken for the G600 - which is more advanced with features.
The phone features a rather dismal 1.3 megapixel camera, with a built-in FM radio and music player. The centre of the phone features a circular wheel that allows for navigation on the standard sized screen, but doesn't offer more than a 4 points of turn, which is a bit odd.
The J700 does support Bluetooth stereo and GPRS for browsing the internet. Bearing in mind this is a budget phone, you do get a very smart looking model that has standard features expected from a phone with this price tag.
You do also get a respectable 275 minutes talktime and 250 hours of standby time on the battery, which is by no means amazing, but does do the job. If you're looking for a cheap phone that looks great and does the basics, the J700 could well be the one for you.
