Quite simply, this phone has revolutionised the mobile phone market, on its release it was the thinnest phone available, and even today gives many phones tough competition in terms of depth. However it goes further than just size, it has also very original design, both the external shell, and the keypad, look and feel amazing.

The V3 comes with a VGA camera complete with 4x digital zoom and video playback, (but not recording), which are displayed on an excellent screen. Being of a clamshell design, the V3 has 2 screens; the external screen provides a clear and useful colour display and is 96 x 80 pixels, and the internal screen is a TFT, 262k colour screen (176 x 220 Pixels).

In addition to these attributes, the V3 also features Quad band technology, an email service supporting POP3, SMTP & IMAP4 formats, WAP, and Bluetooth and USB connectivity options.

The Motorola RAZR V3, although relatively old, still has much to offer, apart from a stunning design and being ultra thin, it still contains much of the technology that is around on the market today. However some users may find the 5Mb of internal memory a little restricting.
